We will review you credit situation, and can make recommendations for how to best position yourself to get the best rate. We can also run a simulator that shows exactly what to do to get your score up to qualify or get the best rate.

We get you a pre-approval letter that you can use with your real estate agent to make offers on properties. Knowing you can obtain a loan gives you an advantage over offers without a pre-approval.

Don't have a realtor yet? We work with some of the best realtors in the area and can recommend someone specific to your needs. We can also recommend some great insurance agents that can save you on your monthly payments.

We walk you through every step of the loan process including gathering documents, locking you into the lowest interest rate possible, finding the best loan type for your unique situation, underwriting, and preparing for closing.

On the day of closing you sign all the documents transferring the property to you and signing the loan note. We make sure there are no surprises for you and work with your realtor to ensure we close on time. Then it's time to get the keys and make lasting memories in your new home.
